Production Operator Job Posting

Hourly Rate: Up to $21.23/hr, additional 2.5% given as off shift premium.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate progressive and transfer die presses, including the loading coils of steel and/or hoppers.
• Complete quality checks, utilizing visual inspection, gages, and micrometers.
• Complete quality documentation records.
• Operates fork trucks and other material handling equipment (hoists, coil carts, etc.)
• Maintain a clean work area

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand most of the shift, some bending required
• Use hand tools as needed
• Visually inspect parts for defects, and the use of attribute gaging.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Education

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Other requirements

• Flexibility to be assigned to any shift
• Ability to work weekends as needed
