    Responsibilities

    Position Highlights

    • Works with customers, suppliers and internal departments as required to resolve quality issues
    • Works with production personnel to improve productivity and quality
    • Applies knowledge of engineering principles and manufacturing best practices to result in continuous improvement
    • Interfaces with manufacturing engineers and quality engineers to solve product issues
    • Interacts with customers on questions and issues related to their products
    • Participates in root cause analysis and development of corrective/preventive actions
    • Perform and participate in internal audits
    • Apply testing and inspection procedures and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D

    Qualifications

    Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
    • Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
    • Basic ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
    • Team-oriented personality who can also work independently
    • Good critical thinking and problem-solving ability
